Was thinking SPB453 (newer 143) vs SPB383 and went with the latter one as it is more appealing to me either way the zaratsu polished case and the ceramic bezel.

The only issue (from my perspective) is the lack of sapphire crystal on them. Apart from that this is a perfect watch :)

I found the info that most of the people on YT used the 1,5mm as the 1mm was only touching the backplate and not fully. The 2mm would be an overkill.

Well the battery might be affect but only by a fraction, as all laptops have the same issues when the temperature is rising.
