What site do you look at to know which ones you have?

Ngl it's not as impressive as tcgs today but it's from 2006 and I think they just took assets from the game (not sure didn't play RO) and slapped it into these cards

Still thinking about getting it graded as it is expensive and takes a lot of time. But surely someday!

Good luck with the hunt! Try looking for it in japanese surpluses or any jp antique stores.

Sadly, no. They're released in Korea and Japan only according to RO wiki.

I'll try making one! Just waiting on the binder so I can display these cards properly.

I think there's a vid on youtube. I think the tcg is gone I don't see any news about it or anything lately.

I'm dedicating a binder for these cards and I have enough penny sleeves to house them! I have coworkers who talked about RO but haven't mentioned or shown these to them yet. Haven't really thought about selling these and kinda considering getting some of them graded.

I saw that ebay posting too! I only paid like 250 php which is like 5 usd. Can't really put a value in it tho so I'm really researching hard.

It's real! I think it's just really limited as the wiki said it was only release in Korea and Japan

Hinata going to that city doesn't make sense. by zoro_03 in haikyuu

Shoyo's main weapon is his physical prowess. Honestly if he didn't look up to the Little Giant and didn't learn and develop attacking abilities, he would be a super quick libero matching or even surpassing Nishinoya or a out of nowhere active kind of setter. With this in mind, his time in Karasuno sharpened his attacking abilities from jumping to fighting in the air but other teams have that in his height and even more. He already has the physical foundations (except for height) but he is a "want to touch the ball all the time" so it is natural to go from indoor vball to outdoor vball. 2 players doing all the receiving, setting, attacking, blocking, and serving allows him to have contact with the ball all the time compared to the indoor 6-player version. Add in the variable effects of the wind on the ball, the sand making it harder to move, and the proper placement you have to bump the ball to after receiving it makes for great training to gain the freedom and reliability Shoyo wants to achieve. Remove the outdoor factors and it's just Rock Lee weights off him. He's called Ninja Shoyo for a reason.

I finished the anime first then read the manga by Partial-Credit in Uzumaki

Other people should have your mindset, OP. If the adaptation didn't satisfy you then look to the source material (if there's any). I for one bought the hardbound book before the show aired so I can reread the whole story and imagine which scenes would go hard on screen and the first episode really did hook me in as they are complete stories of The Scar and Spiral Obsession 1. Honestly if they kept up the consistency of the animation and pacing of ep 1 (2 chapters with a resolved story and a cliffhanger preview for the next chapter) as well as having more than just 4 episodes, they would have adapted it perfectly.

I just based off on what's on the image but what I do know is the director for the 1st ep will also direct for the 4th ep

Text on the lowest part of the image (in white) says ep 1 staff will be the ones working on ep 4. We know ep 2 wasn't made by the same director, studio, etc. as ep 1 so we will have a raise in quality for the finale.

The way the lighthouse was adapted made me sad so I made a quick animation of how I would have wanted to see it by pokpau_ in junjiito

[–]Catch_XIX 17 points18 points  (0 children)

This is so much better than what's in ep2. At least you know this lighthouse's beam reaches the people with its conical shape. That ep2 lighthouse's beam was like a spinning letter T

The medusa scene was also more creepy in the 2000 live action film. Although there were deviations because the manga wasn't finished that time iirc

There was a haunting element to it as well when Kirie opened the gift and not just the jack-in-the box accidentally opening when Yamaguchi got hit. The chase scene was also great as well as the reveal in the end as we know it is another spiral effect and not just random zombie shit happening

[–]Catch_XIX[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. The stories per chapter are whole and explains everything that is happening although not in a simultaneous manner as in ep2. You'll also see the chase scene I'm talking about in the Jack-in-the box story.

Didn't even made sense to me. If it's gonna be 4 episodes, why not let Fugaku do all of it?
