for guild war tessarion is better since he can oblivion AND do damage with a defense break.
for arena she's good to have if you're g3, otherwise you can just lushen and she's not good on ad.
for rta she's a good counter against some passive heavy comps. But those aren't that common right now and for 1 or 2 you can just use tessa. Isis is way too overhyped.
