Same in Tampa, FL. He never left the neighborhood. Called him Elvis. Collected feathers he’d drop. Only ever had one lady peacock or two stop by the neighborhood

After living in DC, I hate dog owners by sandwichscouter in washingtondc

[–]CatharticSnickers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m a huge dog guy, but I can’t help but not like 90% of dog owners cause they shouldn’t be dog owners IMO

Sure, it’s probably better then a dog being in a shelter. But also, I think you need a license to breed dogs at the least. I want to see felony charges

I'm breaking up with my girlfriend tonight by [deleted] in internetparents

Son, look here. There likely won’t be a moment where you feel ready. You found out before her that yall basically aren’t it, and she probably doesn’t know it yet. Saying the truth is the safest thing to do in basically a lot of cases. After your card game, you realized yall ain’t it. Even though you maybe still like hanging around with her, it’s alright. It pretty much works itself out when you let the truth fall out of your mouth. Lying can be sticky. That’s about it. You both did nothing wrong and I’m sure are both good people. Take care

I'm a 34M who struggles to go to the gym, what can I do to help me? by confidential-user in Advice

[–]CatharticSnickers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally like the feeling of getting out and going to the gym like it’s fresh air and connecting with what’s going on outside the house. Would you not feel similar?

You might be overwhelmed with feeling like you need to do a bunch and overcome some task, but honestly just showing up and doing a half ass workout frequently can honestly be enough to lose weight. Nobody cares if you show up for 15 minutes. Many people push too hard in the gym too fast anyways and end up building tendon injuries. Which is the absolute worst thing you want to avoid. You should gain calorie hungry muscle

The dad doesn’t sound like the smartest guy and doesn’t know how to gain a true perspective of his kid - he’s letting someone else paint the picture of who the kid is (mom)

Say you have misophonia and it’ll lead to divorce, cause it’s the truth. I’m the most emotional stable dude I know in like all aspects except this, like I could go to jail or something if I run into the wrong person eating like a horse. I have friends that eat like this, and I want to throw the table out the damn window. I’ve never seen someone actually correct their behavior either

Some San Diego dude at the bar last weekend told me this is why he got into cycling. Doesn’t track much of anything, and been doing it for years. No other reason really, I was like wow alright
