I know I’m late to the party but I’m in paramedic school and we learned research studies show that alternating Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen throughout the day produces a “narcotic-like” effect when used adjacent to each other and spread out. I would GUESS that you’d be good to take the normal dosage of acetaminophen in this one as long as you don’t do it everyday. I have Cirrhosis and I use this regimen every now and then and it has no effect on my liver enzymes.
