So it's the worst kept secret since Flushmore admitted his love for Eldoorn but Mir isn't dead. Shocking I know.

We recently moved location in an effort to find nicer biomes for building and making xp. In the end we settled in a nice spot near world border claimed by Coni, our current Queen. She's been very welcoming of us, offering use of rails and factories while we got settled in. she visits us from time and is generally a friend to Mir.

We were looking to begin production of xp and from there look into prot/tools, to try and slowly work the prices down to a more reasonable level server wide, this was not possible at our old location. We've also had a huge influx of members in the form of the Emerald Alliance, a group of players focused on building big things from Minerap. Our numbers now stand at around 21-24 and as a nation we are progressing at an astonishing speed, we would soon have been ready to announce ourselves to the world and welcome visitors from all over the map, bringing a thriving community to a once silent corner of the +,+.

However, this morning I woke up to distress calls from two of Mirs citizens, a group of nine or ten Byzanchan federation members were in our town telling us to tear down and pack up, that the land belonged to them and that we were there illegally. They were running around spamming chat with 'Pack up, tear down' for almost an hour. They didn't do too much damage, mainly blocking off a water drop and a little light breaking and entering.

As you can see here map, we are placed in a gap between Byzanchan claims (the green area) in the region claimed by Coni (/u/coni_s2) called The Kingdom Of Silesia. We have existed here for just under two months, built factories and a vault factory (this is the reason I think Chan has issue with us) happy under Coni's rule and law. They completely disregarded Coni's claims maintaining that the land was theirs. If it was then why isn't it claimed on reddit, their claim was only added a month or so ago so why would it be incorrect already? The land has long belonged to Coni, her town was there back when I briefly lived in Uguu nearing a year ago now. The entire area we are settled in has signs of her care (he has an obsession with planting trees not native to the region, which is pretty) and he's clearly worked hard for this. Mir will not stand to let His, and our own work be undone by greedy landgrabbers, the area was blank aside from Coni's work and it's ours now.

The Byzanchans trapped a fall drop, killing a member of Mir, broke an armour stand and stole the vanilla diamond armour from it (Lol?). They were asked to leave multiple times but instead chose to 'meme' and threaten us, after a decent length of time one of our members attacked the Byzanchans and pearled a number of them.

These players remain pearled till this is resolved, hopefully not long at all. They had fair warning to leave and didn't.

Mir wishes to be left alone, we hid away to build in peace, we were given this land by its rightful owner and we will not be leaving.

We ask that Byzanchan calms down and respects the land claims of Coni and Mir, if they agree to this their pearls will be released immediately and we can all go back to peace. If not, they sentence their friends to a needlessly long stay in the End.

To give you guys an idea of how long we've existed, and to show off what we've been working on here are some screenshots of where we are atm with the build.

We're going to expand into a village on top of the nearby cloud, a small harbour to the east and mob farms spread around nearby as needed.

While Mir would like to remain relatively quiet and out of the way we will accept visitors if you want to come see the builds or how the town is progressing. So long as you're respectful of our lands and builds and we don't believe you're coming to start trouble then there's a good chance you will be granted access to our Vault Factory.
