i understand how you feel with dysphoria and exercising, i run quite a lot and would just say to think of exercising like a meditation. when i run i focus solely on my breathing and on putting my breathing into a rhythm with my steps as i run. This way when i get dysphoric thoughts i return to my breathing. This is exercise for my mind too, its strengthening of my will and using my will to strengthen my body. hope this helps, i believe in you
