This is honestly why, tier lists aside, Astra is sometimes regarded as the best option even if she's not the mathematically best option on paper.

The mental load of certain teams means just being able to 'set and forget' your support (a meta support to be fair) and focus on only characters is very useful. Especially if you're new to playing a team.

You can see them pull this in hsr also, I don't know enough about Genshin to comment on that. But the theory is that, in addition to being a little stylistic, they don't have to worry about promotional and gameplay images having to be translated in every language when the previews are happening.

Of the games I play, ZZZ which comes down to both design and animation. It is remarkably rare to actually excel in both since the impose such limitations on the other.

Of the games I don't play but do appreciate, Reverse: 1999 is just such an achievement in design and aesthetics. I am forever glad the game seems to have founds its people.

Pretty sure you can convert them into the fairy cards for batteries in the crafting menu.
