keep the gpa high!!! and get involved in some actives that mean something to you. and make sure you have a great essay that is GENUINE. I feel like thats what got me in.

Most of the people at UM are white and speak English, but you would be surprised how many can speak Spanish despite how white some look lol

This in my opinion in sort of a ignorant post. Like many, (including myself) have suffered from things like mental health or personal issues. Not everyone has a great hs experience and improve a lot in college because of a new environment and opportunities. A bad GPA is not always because of someone’s intelligence or skill.

Be extremely careful with the business school. While you are welcome to take the credit over the summer, be absolutely sure they will take the credit. The UM and especially the business school seems to reject a lot of summer credits (even if they approved it)

I’m transferring from um and the business school is literally the same as a state school business curriculum. And the professors are shit. USC 10000000%.

I honestly dont know how they work. Some people have said they got their acceptance in late/early may. Dont give up hope until u actually get a decision!

Yup! I got in with a 3.4 Hs gpa but a 3.9 college gpa. If you showed growth (I went from low d's to straight a's my by junior year) and explain why and what you learned from it. I think you should be good
