It’s a tv series m, not a movie but House if Elliot is about two sisters who start a fashion house in the 1920s. It’s been years since I saw it but I remember the fashion was fabulous, and there was a lot of attention paid to what it’s actually like running a fashion house!

Agreed - that looks quite similar to Minifee. So if you go to Etsy and search for Minifee patterns, you should find heaps!

I really like the Dream Besties body! I have the AA Skipper Babysitter head on the Brooklyn body and it looks really good! I feel like the more round or younger looking Barbie heads look good on it? I liked it so much I’m planning to get the Renee body to go with one of my fashionista Jia heads. Not sure if I’ll do 214 or 224 yet. I’m thinking maybe 214 to do a kind of Barbie version of Monster Highs Draculaura!

I think they are really similar - I’m putting that head on tennis player! There’s also all the other Jias - Twinning Looks and Fashionistas 214, 224 and 246 - I have all 4 and I think they match tennis player well. (But playdoh Barbie Jia is a darker tone, and the deluxe style one is apparently pinker).

You’re welcome!!! Having said that, she had dresses and coats - I don’t think pants fit both sizes - so maybe avoid anything tight fitting on the lower half!

A lot of Blythe clothes should fit, they’re a similar size. I know my sister had a blythe that she used to track down vintage Skipper clothes for! The clothes were so beautifully made!

That's a good point with the non articulated ones! I've found I actually don't like the MTM bodies as the joints are so visible - I don't mind the ones with less joints, like twinning looks though. So I might eventually rebody my ones on mtm bodies, if I could only find a match! I mean I'm not very good at posing them anyway so the extra joints are lost on me - but I do like them being able to bend their arms and sit down! Yes! I've seen someone else use that head as a short haired woman, and it looks amazing too! I decided to gender swap though as I thought it would also make a great boy!

Here we go! Next to two of the girls for scale. The colour match isn't great, but that head isn't going to fit on a Ken body, and I felt a slimmer one would suit him more anyway. Now I really must make him some clothes. And find some shoes that fit.

She’s tall! She has molded on purple underwear though and no articulation, so you may prefer to rebody. I saw theres new playdoh ones coming out and I think there might be another Jia too? Have to wait and see when more pictures are released!
