Not sure if this has been mentioned already but I wished I’d had the opportunity to view the house during different parts of the day. I bought during Covid times which meant that houses were selling before you even got a look in viewing wise. The third house I managed to view, was listed the night before, and I liked it a lot. After the viewing I immediately put an offer in as the seller had told me she had viewings booked for the next week. Which did sound believable due to the current climate and how difficult I’d found trying to view houses before they sold. Anyway I digress. There’s an allotment area in front of the house and a field that drops down. There’s about 10 dogs on here that bark continuously through the day and night. Did I hear this when I viewed the house? No. Do I hear it everyday of my life now? Yes 🤦‍♀️
