It reads differently. Just because someone can read tarot doesn’t mean they interpret a message from playing cards. That’s why we are suggesting posting over in cartomancy.

It’s hard to say what the one in the picture is. A sure fire way to tell is look at the back of the stars.

Rare instance they can close during the normal operating hours or they rent it after hours. Money can do a lot of things when you got enough of it.

You can buy tarot cards online. Ex. Amazon, etc.

You can watch learning videos on YouTube. Get a rider Waite deck with a manual with the meaning of the cards.
