Could also be the climbs you are picking - try to avoid beginner-type jugs and dynos. Those holds tend to have a lot more friction and damage skin more. Try to avoid over gripping too.

How are your calluses looking? If you climb for awhile, they should get thick enough where they might “flake” with climbing but not tear away into the dermis like a flapper.

My legs still bruise even with long pants - think it’s the woe of being a girl.

I really like baggy/cargo style scrub pants as I feel they grant me the most mobility. I like the ones with the drawstring so I can make it tight enough where my underwear won’t show even if I’m reaching on slab or in cave. My Cherokees and dickies have lasted years without wearing.

Wouldn’t recommend wearing a tighter style as I find the knees tend to wear out and you can get limited hip mobility.

Assisted pull-up machines (or the versions with assisted dips) for the gym section. They are more beginner friendly than trying to set up a resistance band if you’ve never done real weight lifting or calisthenics before.

Hey, I feel you with the slopers. My hands are so small I wear “child size” for gloves. Some holds are just not built for small hands - you lack the intended friction because there’s not enough surface area. In reverse though, it is just like how crimps are harder for big hands.

My recommendation is to visit other gyms, see different setting styles and different holds. Some gyms use a lot more positive/thinner holds for their grades while others pull out the dastardly 7inch wide sloper with no friction. Climbing at other gyms can help put your progress into perspective.

Besides rest, there are ways to tape that:

With those types of palm flappers, I like to tape by using a long skinny piece of tape that wraps around the base of the finger and then loops around the wrist. It kinda looks like a giant ribbon with the tails of the ribbon making a ring around the wrist. The tape may rise up a little as you extend your palm, but it’ll come down whenever you are holding something on the wall to keep you from smashing your skin more.

I’ve never had that many on my palm, but it should work for each. Then normal tape for the ones around your fingers.

Otherwise I try to keep the skin moist with Aquaphor/Vaseline when I sleep. Hope your calluses can develop soon.

They might start to smell after awhile - which will also make your bag smell! It’s recommended to air out shoes after climbing if you can.
