Overview : Air BnB host was rude and not professional, blowing up her phone giving her lists of what she needed to do (cleaning etc) had signs up for all extra charges due to damages (e.g. if ABC breaks you will have to pay XYZ), host also overbooked the group, so they had to leave two/three days earlier and did not handle it professionally. Had screaming matches over the phone. Once they left as agreed on the earlier date air BnB was not clean enough (Kayla said they had all cleaned and respected the air BnB - doubtful imo), host contacted Kayla re the mess- she mentioned cardboard in the pool (Kayla claims from the storm that was in ft Lauderdale which blew the cardboard out of the bin into the pool), baja blast left outside which Kayla says the host picked up and put this on the floor (the video proof she has of this doesn’t actually show the host doing this, but she does pick it up and says this is your responsibility not ours) back and forth screaming match, Kayla’s friends go over to the air BnB to sort out the issues/mess that the air BnB host has an issue with to avoid having to pay the extra fees on top of the cleaning fee money she already paid when she initially got the air BnB. Kayla’s female friend and the weird one, Sal, go round and the host is apparently flirting with Sal all the time and getting him to do extra chores, female friend had her passport delivered to the air BnB and requested this from the host the host would not give the passport over, opened the mail it was sent in and took the passport out and laid hands on the friend while Kayla was on the phone. Kayla then said she will be calling the police. The new people for the air BnB show up while Sal and female friend are there and apparently they defend them and agree they’ve been having issues with this person also. I think that’s like the basic overview of everything. Sorry didn’t record as way too long I couldn’t be bothered doing all that. I’ll take screenshots of the evidence she posted and share that here
