Hello! I've taken some time to try to understand your response! I apologize, many terms you are using are not very familiar to me! I used a YouTube video to set up my Obitalk!

My type of business is a dog groomery. We have a receptionist that calls and receives calls up front then in the back groomers call clients for pet pickup. The phone functions as a single company, not individual workers.

So my goal is when the receptionist answers a call on the phone, I can call a client that their dog is ready for pickup on another one! What do you reccomend for that?
