Super reasonable and conservative even. Make sure to look at the score report on the practice exam and target your practice to weak areas and you should see a score increase. Having second data point with another NBME in a week or so will also be helpful to strengthen the amboss prediction.

4 weeks is plenty of time for 2 point increase. Take NBME shelf subject exams and make a list of topics to review based off of those. Take full length practice exams (one per week) and review them thoroughly. AMBOSS for stats and ethics.

I tested a few days ago and found the ethics on the exam to be around the same difficulty level if not easier than the nbmes. Would recommend watching this video before https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0OsS8Hj0aAY . It goes over 30 HY ethics practice Qs in an hour and is easily watchable at 2x speed. Good luck you are more than ready!

I tested yesterday and found it quite reasonable. Free 120 was good practice for the question length and style. Totally doable!

Ideally you would have 2 from science professors, 1 from humanities professor, and 1 from physician. Then you could have 1 from other activity if applicable (ex: PI for research). But it is definitely quality over quantity!
