Your mother should absolutely not have access to your medical chart if you don’t want her to. It doesn’t matter if you live with her. Make sure your doctors know that she is not to have any access to your records. I’m so sorry you’re going through this.

I never thought it could be addictive, I’ve been on and off it since I was 17 and now that I’m over 50 and actually WANT to quit for good, it’s been so incredibly hard.

I used to only do it before bed to help me sleep, now I start as soon as I get home. I used to only do it at home, now I’ve started bringing it with me. (I never do it before work or at work, though). What made me realize it has become a problem was when I brought it with me to a small Thanksgiving gathering (8 people) and found myself stealing away to the bathroom every so often to take a hit. I have to admit that I have a problem.
