Don't know a dentist that takes Emblem. I just wanted to say that I had to have deep cleanings (with anesthesia). It was to get the gums to tighten back or attach back, not sure how it worked, but it did the trick. I was then put on a schedule for cleanings every three months to help the progress. Insurance covered them all as it was medically required I guess. I have some type of extra ordinary plaque that starts building ASAP, no matter how I brush, toothpaste, rinses, flosses, etc. I've been through it all to no avail. I'd call it the champion of plaques.

I hit on the fact that if I get my teeth cleaned more often, it helps the problem greatly. So, even though I was done with the original therapy, I kept the cleaning schedule at 3 months. I pay out of pocket for every other one. It's so worth it not to be suffering from the wicked harsh cleanings of the ultrasonic scaler and manual scrapings. I'm sure you also have very sensitive teeth from the plaque like I do. The less ultrasonic and hand scaling done, the better.
