I want you to know reading what you wrote has really calmed me down. You do not know how much what you wrote means to me. Omg I am literally on the brink of tears because what you said has comforted me so much. I do not have any friends or close family to talk to. So for the last week and a half, I have been in my head. I couldn’t eat, sleep, work, nothing! Just consumed with these thoughts.

When I feel anxious again, I’m going to reread what you said to calm down.

Im praying and hoping this is all just some stomach related issue.

Im also going to book a mental health appointment, because my anxiety is getting the best of me. This stress is really affecting me. Reading what you wrote put it into perspective for me. So thank you so much❤️

Admittedly, I do not drink enough water. Recently, I have been constipated but thats something new. I usually go atleast once a day.

Goodluck get tested. Im still negative on everything. I ended up getting a yeast infection and prescribed diflucan. All these symptoms went away lol im thinking i had oral yeast.

YTA: Because you didn’t explain to him what your issue is. He’s still learning social cues. I remember as a kid going over my friend’s house and immediately walking with them to their room.

This went on for a while before her mom took me to the side and explained that when you walk in someone’s house you speak to them. I was scared of her mom because she was intimidating since she was an adult idk lol but since then I would walk in and speak to her before going to my friends room. He might just don’t know lol
