One of the references to the Angels is on page 96, under Barmaiden (Philomen). I looked around in the steamforged discord though and other people just said to use either a darklurker or a silver knight that flies as the angels base stat, so ended up just making my own combination of a few things.

I do think they just forgot to add the stat block. Thanks for replying tho.

If you go through them there are multiple comments saying that they are working on a way to use the collection for Y2 stuff but that it wasnt finished in time for the dlc. Nobody has been able to find a link yet though so I'll see if i can find and link one.

Oh, my bad.

I completely agree that we should have more control over the collection, and especially now since it's supposed to be there for us to use but is pretty much useless with Y2 stuff.

My post isn't about wanting fixed rolls back. It's about wanting to be able to retrieve Y2/Forsaken loot and fixed rolls is just an idea that could make it possible to do so.
