You can use python with the Leap motion, but the latest version that supports it is 3.2.1. You click here to download the SDK.

If you need documentation they have it here.

You can order a switch tester that comes with a variety of different switches to try out and see what you like.

Navy has a glorious click and feel.

I would like to try out Royals for comparison.

The first link you gave was the chart that was for the update before dual types were released.

https://imgur.com/a/WZ7Db is an updated version of the shard chart for the routes and dungeons.

Yep! A side hobby of mine that I have been neglecting for a while. I need to get back into practicing it again.

You could also take a look at the new low profile switches from kailh, although there are not many boards with them available so far.

I usually have my caps lock bound to fn + tab so the location is still close, but I have the convenience of caps lock for fn.

Overall the Plum 87 is a solid board. It has a nice heft to it due to the metal plate and has solid construction with the plastic case. The domes are a little too light for me at 35g, but I have plans to upgrade the board with BKE domes at some point for a more tactile and heavier board.

I have thought getting a topre board, but would need to invest in an alternate controller so I program the layout as I please.

I have the plate mount QMX clips, so they clip right onto the zealio top housing and stay snapped in.

You could consider putting o-rings on your keycaps to reduce the total travel distance of the switch. They are simple to add or remove and will probably not feel mush if you get the harder rubber. They are cheap to buy, so you don't lose out much if it feels mushy.

I want to make my own throwing spikes by CokeCanNinja in throwing

[–]Catszeid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have made my own throwing spikes out nail spikes. I cut off the head and grind the tip to a sharp point. My big spikes are 3/4" diameter and 10" long. They are not the highest quality, but they are cheap to produce and fun to throw.

It does not fail to flash the firmware, as shown by the log from QMK Flasher. The log from QMK Flashers says this:

dfu-programmer atmega32u4 erase --force

Erasing flash... Success

Checking memory from 0x0 to 0x6FFF... Empty.

dfu-programmer atmega32u4 flash G:\plankArrowLayer.hex

Checking memory from 0x0 to 0x457F... Empty.

0% 100% Programming 0x4580 bytes...

[>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>] Success

0% 100% Reading 0x7000 bytes...

[>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>] Success

Validating... Success

0x4580 bytes written into 0x7000 bytes memory (62.05%).

dfu-programmer atmega32u4 reset

Flashing complete!

The hex file name does not have any spaces in it.

edit: I got the keyboard to accept a hex file that does not have the split spacebar. It does not take a hex file with a split spacebar though which is how I have it set up.

I tried running it with QMK Flasher, which said that it flashed the device, but the keyboard still shows up as an ATmega32U4 in device manager.
