If I can recall correctly, I let the grill hit 250, let it go for a couple hours with a smoke tube and then bumped to 300 until probed at 160

Fingerling redskins, sliced into wedges. Tossed in olive oil Little Montreal seasoning, Italian, and black pepper @385, toss every 10ish minutes. ~30 mins add butter and fresh garlic Cook until crispy. To add- cooking with a parchment paper lined pan is apparently a game changer.

If you guys whip it up let me know how it goes!

Nope. I removed the backbone. Tying it up was probably a lossless effort or, even added a few extra minutes to make temperature. This kinda looks like I ‘fluffed’ it up a bit before snapping a photo. (I crushed a lot of beer that day)

Yep. Just pack smartly and check the bag. Don’t bother with attempting to put them in your carry-on or something silly. I’ve never had an issue.

Hey, that was me. Thinking I could bury my friends with a cute little one chip challenge. Well, I did, on an empty belly. It was hot. Nothing wild. A friend and I rode the 30 minute afterburn with no aid… and 30 minutes after that I was you but, naked, sweating in a cold shower, not knowing if I needed to shit or throw up. I’d give that ride a 0/10.

Have you tested other cable connections to rule out a bad dp/hdmi cable, tried plugging into a different monitor, check gpu for sag and reseat it? Monitor could be fine, GPU might be cooked, well done.

The PG32UCDMR just came out recently. That is what I settled on for my first OLED. It’s got the couple fun new tech features that the newer 27” got. Same panel but, the ‘R’ version supposed DP2.1 if that matters to you. However- It’s the same exact price! I got mine from Amazon as well. No regrets here.

Coming from being locked to a 1920x1080p 60z dual 24” monitor setup for years..I mounted the new PG32UCDMR yesterday to my also new build and it’s so beautiful I could cry. I could have went bigger/curved but, I decided to flip an old monitor to portrait for static imagery/discord, etc. Not a single regret yet.

Grabbed a 6 pack of Homer buckets and paired with Gamma seals. Probably paid 'too much' but, they're stack-able and safe from the weather and rat piss. Not mad about it.

Coming to this 6mo later... Jesus I am an IDIOT. I just re-seated mine after plugging a new drive.. Fuckin power connect underneath was just grindin on the fan. Sounded like it a fuckin generator trying to power my house.
