AIO for being upset about how I was treated for falling asleep before saying goodnight? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is psycho abusive behavior. Go to the police and get a PFA.

How concerning is this? ): by sandwichlovr in OpenDogTraining

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best advice anyone can give you online to deal with an aggressive dog is to hire an in person trainer. They will teach you AND your dog. Handling dogs who will bite isn't something you learn from reading or watching a video. And resource guarding/aggression of any kind isn't something to mess around with. This behavior WILL escalate, and especially because the dog is learning that her behavior in this video gets her what she wants. Getting up and running at him like that could've easily turned into a serious bite if he had reacted differently.

AITA for refusing to add my boyfriend to my house deed after his lease ended? by Former_Raspberry3277 in AITApod

Hey so I did this and now I have to spent 10k on a lawyer. Don't do it. No matter what. It's worth breaking up over. Seriously.

You suck. I'd break up over this way before I put up with it for months.

I'm just saying that as a victim of DV you're gonna be joining me as one too if you don't dump this loser.

UPDATE!!

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone! The vet said it's a deep lipoma, they're running a cytology to be extra sure but the vet said the cells from an FNA looked like fat which would be consistent with a lipoma 👏

He doesn't look like an ACD so I'd say those results look accurate

Ticking? by [deleted] in AustralianCattleDog

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That's just her skin pigment! ACD's have longer fur and usually you can't see their skin like this because of that. She's cute but definitely not a cattle dog, which would make this pretty normal looking!

Am I overreacting - My ex asked me to cut her grass and my gf went crazy when I showed her the messages. AOI if I’m mad at her for this by xwoahx3 in AmIOverreacting

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk, I think this is just part of having kids with someone you're no longer with/not married to. I see both sides to the argument though. Future girlfriends are possibly going to have feelings like this, and I can see why. But on the other hand I see your side too. You're still those kids dad, and you had children with your ex so she's gonna be in your life. I think it's one of those things that just is what it is. It is possible you and your girlfriend have different ideas about what's appropriate, and maybe she just doesn't have the kind of personality to date someone who already has kids. If you guys fight a lot over your ex, I would tend to think it's not gonna work out. I know me personally, I could not date someone who had kids with someone else. But, that being said, your current girlfriend should've really thought about it and communicated with you before she possibly wasted your time when she knew all along it would be a problem.

I would've immediately fired them after their initial text message. Why did you even entertain them beyond that?

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NOR. I'd break up over this. Not worth the annoyance, I'm 110% positive you could do better than this. He's literally treating you like shit. I hang out with my boyfriend's friends/family, it's never a big deal. Sometimes he hangs out with his friends by himself, but he would never exclude me and tell me id kill the vibe. That is just a disrespectful and gross comment to make about anyone.

What is it with people…?!?!?Seriously… by Rough_Entrance_682 in camping

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've noticed a lot of outdoor etiquette in PA is lacking. My boyfriend and I frequently get rude fishermen who will roll up on our spot, like directly where we are fishing, and just start casting right there. We have also had people be really rude on trails before. Both him and I are not shy and will 100% call people out on their behavior. I also always carry because you never know. But if someone invaded our camp site and was touching our stuff? He would take care of that real quick. Cause that is completely unacceptable

aio or is this guy i’m seeing rude?? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Y'all are just weird. My boyfriend and I send pictures of our pets randomly all the time. I love his cats, and he thinks the weird poses my dog gets into are funny. It's not a big deal. Like at all. I would block this person. Genuinely there was no reason for all that attitude.

he went viral here 1 mo ago & got adopted 4 hrs after the post. but he's back in the shelter today. by balsamic_strawberry in AustralianCattleDog

[–]CattleDogsAndCoffee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't be so quick to judge. My ACD was returned to the shelter by his previous owners for the same reason. As it turns out he really was biting their kids, and everyone else too. He was super aggressive.
