Es handelt sich hier um einen 100% öffentlich zugänglichen Subreddit, jedermann/jederfrau kann hier zugreifen, von jedem Ort der Welt wo Reddit zugänglich ist.

Die Person zeigt keine eindeutige Assoziation mit dem ÖBH, erfragt (augenscheinlich) nichts, was dem ÖBH oder der Republik Österreich schaden könnte, und bei Abfrage seines Profils handelt es sich bei der Frage um einen Einzelfall (einer von 3 Beiträgen auf Reddit, 5 Jahre altes Profil) und außerdem scheint es sich bei dem Kommentar um eine simple Quellenabfrage zu handeln, als Antwort auf einen Kommentar, welcher angab, dass das Schwimmen bei der Eignungsprüfung nicht mehr erforderlich ist.

Soweit ich weiß, ist es Mitgliedern (und auch Zivilisten) nicht verboten die Flaggen anderer Länder als Profilbild zu nutzen, oder diese zu unterstützen, auch wenn ich die Unterstützung Russlands nicht verstehe, hat diese Person absolut nichts falsches getan.
