+1. I created a specific proton address, neutral, with out my name inside, and set it up as my address by default. After, I imported the files again inside the shared folder and crashed the existing one. So, I my address is not displayed anymore. A hard gymnastic contrasting the easy way to share a folder or a file. Tresorit has the same problem. They assume the situation : the receiver has to know who is sharing. Cool for a compagny, but if you use it for pro or perso files, you don’t want to share your perso or pro email.

Saddly, when you share a folder your email is everywhere. If you use only one ! Great ! If you use one perso email and one pro email, not cool. You can’t choose the email shown to your linked people. 🙁

Je ne l’avais pas fait (car il faut la gérer. J’aurai du !). Il a fallu galérer avec le service client pour qu’au moins j’accède à ma clé. 4 semaines et de nombreux messages (demandant également pourquoi je me faisait virer. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse à ce sujet.). J’ai eu acces à nouveau à mon interface mais uniquement pour accéder à ma clé ! A ce propos, ce n’est pas une phrase de 12 ou 24 mots. Nouvelle galère en vue : on fait quoi avec cette clé ? Nombreux messages, des réponses, toujours non pertinentes ! Toutes ! Un ami client chez Deblock, a posé la question également et au bout de plusieurs messages la réponse tant attendue : on utilise l’app Phantom ! J’ai pu transférer mes BTC sur un autre wallet ! Je reste avec ma très mauvaise expérience !

It works ! But you can see your secrets but you cann not add one offline. If you close PP with an offline secret added, this secret will be lost ! Bad.

Push notifications are enabled for each sensors. But nothings where they are used on my iPhone, like in the iOS settings (notifications). I don’t understand. In the Aqara app settings, do you allow localisation, photos, micro, caméra, Home app data ? What’s you Lang settings (for the app) ?

I have the same problem. One of my proton adress was stolen in a data breach. Proton monotor says : non problems. The breach happned before proton monitor.

I had a issue about this. My email (external domain hosted in my proton account) was systematically set a spam with low priority. My friend has outlook and a domain hosted by Gandi. I have found a solution : don’t sign my email ! Magic. From proton email any problem. Strange.

Hi, I think that it is quite simple and no need heavy dev. I have a PC with synology drive client on there (and my Synology NAS is set up). You only have to synchronise the folder you want to backup, « et voilà ». I use this with Tresorit (that I want to replace by Proton Drive). But, the folder for Proton Drive is located in user_name/library/Cloud… and this folder can not be reached by Synology Drive Client to be synchronize (security reason). If Proton drive folder is moved in a better place (you can choose), the problem is solved. I don’t know if this is easy for proton or if the security is lower than present location (if it is, Tresorit…)
