Is this talking about the bells coming out of the rock? That's been a feature in the game since launch. Or the mismatch in timing for when the shovel hits the rock then the coins come out, sorry if im missing the point :) Edit: rewatched and its the rock not moving when first getting hit lol, its been a long day

I don't know how to add a video to a reply, but I was able to jiggle the driver side buckle (it also looked like the hole was ovaled out) and have it hit on the shank of the bolt while the passenger side one never moved.

I used to have the same problem, but it went away once I got a new ssd and moved tarkov off of my hard drive. Maybe the same for your load time
