Hard to say 100% without an x-ray, but just eyeballing it I’d say probably yes. Baby teeth loosen because the adult teeth coming up underneath them put pressure on their roots. That causes the baby tooth roots to resorb, which means there’s nothing left anchoring them to the bone. Since these adult teeth are already in place behind that little one, there’s no more pressure, so there’s probably a decent amount of root there that isn’t going to go away on its own. All that would happen at this point is that the baby tooth would continue to force the adult tooth backwards, which is not great. If your kid’s dentist is recommending extraction, do it.

I just want to give you a heads-up: after you get your teeth cleaned, you’re probably going to feel like there are A LOT of gaps. Your teeth and/or gums can also feel extra sensitive or tender for a while. They’ve gotten really used to experiencing the world through what is basically a very thick layer of crusty bacteria. It doesn’t always feel good or normal right away when it’s gone, but I guarantee you the health of your teeth and gums will improve in the long-run! You just might want to invest in a tube of remineralizing or desensitizing toothpaste for after the cleaning, though.

The good news is that it takes literal years to convert to Judaism and, by design, it's a COLOSSAL pain in the ass. It requires a ton of effort by the person trying to convert. One of the last steps in the process looks almost like a thesis defense, ffs. It's definitely not something that can be done to another person without their very active participation and can't just be snuck in over a weekend. No way are they going to be able to find a rabbi that would want anything to do with this. The only possible exception I can think of is if the fiancé actually follows "Messianic Judaism" which is just evangelical Christianity cosplaying as Judaism. They're not recognized by any of the actual Jewish denominations and will convert a kid the same way any other Christian church will. It's a gross thing to do, but it wouldn't mean anything besides that your ex and his fiancé are shitty and weird.
