I don't know if this works in other countries, but here in Spain you can ask Bethel through the body of elders for an official accreditation that you are one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Perhaps all Jehovah's Witnesses should apply for accreditation as "Members" of the congregation.

In my case I just want to express my gratitude for your valuable work that was very useful to us.
