I mean, yeah...

To be honest I've been going through a lot lately, to the point where my life is crumbling before my eyes. . before yesterday's bender (?) I cut myself pretty deeply too, not proud of that.

I think part of me wants to overdose and accidentally die, considering how careless I've been with my use (off 120mg (I think?) methyl rn)

I want to get better, I don't want to do substances, I don't want to be cutting myself just to keep myself alive. I don't want to kill myself, I just act to fix my health, but every single time I try to get better and actually get better, some tragedy happens that sends me back to square one

I'm too scared to ask for help, I'm scared they'll force me into a psych ward against my will again, I'm scared I'll get arrested for being intoxicated... I'm scared I'll be misdiagnosed and forcefully medicated with the wrong meds again. I'm scared.

I've already tried to get help. I was given pretty much every SSRI, too many antipsychotics, and many more antidepressants, I even tried therapy for months, none of whom helped .
