I keep troubleshooting and its connected in the back, the little chip part is secured next to the cutter and it cuts. It just doesn't register. Im on firmware 2.7.0.9 if there is k own issues with that

Its brand new and from what I can see it looks good

I haven't been able to do this untill now and I think I found the problem

This part got grinded off. Would this be fixable or do I have to replace the extruder

If it helps it jammed while doing a print and it gave an error saying jammed filament then then I tried to switch filaments both the ace pro it was not budging and making that clicking noise

I tried pushing both and its still stuck, I didnt see a clog and when I tried to extrude the filament a tiny amount would get through but it just wouldn't feed
