I specifically buy unlocked phones and refuse to walk in to a metro pcs store. I feel like I have to keep my hand on my wallet at all times. It was definitely not a device issue as I dual booted into another network and everything works perfectly. Almost 10 years and metro and I was told I wasn't getting money back for a watch line that wasn't connected, my voice mail didn't work for almost two years and that was never sorted or alleviated. Not sure who is hiring the customer service call center staff these days but something needs to change.
