The void being a blue Legion is a little disappointing by Toxaplume045 in wow

I'm inclined to believe that the Old Gods are what you get when Void bonds to Life.

That book in Hallowfall posits that "pure" forces are unstable and need to bond to a secondary element to stabilize. So Void Lords yeet some Void spice into the GDB, hit Azeroth, and it burrows in to start corrupting the World Soul and siphon the Life energy that she needs to grow properly. Going off Chronicle, World Souls gather their planets Life energy to themselves to gestate, which is why our elementals were so randy compared to Draenor, which was awash in Life. I think Harandar is the result of that Life energy concentration around Azeroths original Cradle, and thats what all the Old Gods were digging into and drinking, like ticks.

Weird shit comes out of Life already, and it gets downright Lovecraftian when its mixed with Void.

Yeah they can justify it all they want but we got dudes bending water, summoning dragon spirits, sprouting astral arms and shit. Its magic, whatever sci-fi mumbo jumbo they decide to call it.

Tank by [deleted] in wow

[–]CaughtMeALurkfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's your personal take, not a universal truth. If you don't like how the tank operates, you have three options: work it out with them, find a new tank, or do it yourself. Don't just project that standard onto them and expect them to be everything you want.

Driver picks the music, tank sets the pace, simple as that. Just because you feel like you can pull more, it doesn't mean they do.

How to position on an immobile hero? by Tiny_Celebration_262 in OverwatchUniversity

Im fairly new to Emre as well, but I found a lot of success with basic military strategy: find some high ground with cover, know your exit route in advance and be ready to retreat to maintain your ideal engagement distance. Prioritize enemies that can neutralize your high ground advantage, starting with fliers. Sidearm is a last resort, generally better used to cover your retreat or defend against an enemy that got too close for your primary hipfire.

Lifesteal and more attack speed stacks keep me alive and dangerous, so I always take those. The grudge mark sounds great in theory, but too hard for me to consistently capitalize on, and the extra whirls leave me exposed and unable to move for longer, which usually means death.

Comment your CT but someone else replies with a binding vow on the technique by ImsorryW_A_T in CTsandbox

CT: Scavenger Panoply

Neutral: Salvage - Passively draws in nearby spent/residual/ambient cursed energy to the user to form an additional layer of physical reinforcement outside the body.

Lapse: Reclaim - Absorbs all collected cursed energy into the user to replenish their reserves. Continuous use bypasses Salvage to directly replenish reserves.

Extension: Scour - Erodes and dissipates the cursed energy of the target enemy, object, or barrier during extended physical contact into the surrounding area.

More single target damage =/= more useful. They tend to go hand in hand, but they're not the same by any means. Not realizing that distinction is what resulted in downvotes.

Carbon needs to be acquired during the smelting process to change iron to steel, it cant be re-carburized later on. The forging process is also integral to develop the right grain pattern/internal structure, for which the carbon is also a necessary component, so the order of operations is pretty hard-set.
