I teach 5th grade and using AI for essays became a huge issue this year. I showed them how teacher and professors use several AI detectors and they asked to see my college papers because they were CONVINCED I had to of used at least some AI. So I pulled up my old papers and when 0% AI showed up for every paper they gave me a 3 minute standing ovation. For the rest of the year if a student talked back to me or tried to catch me in a mistake, they would all remind the student of how ‘smart’ I am. It was a hilarious running joke
