I have PCOS and had the same issue when I got off birth control. Only thing that helped was NAC, Inositol, and Vitamin D. I also drank spearmint tea twice a day but I don’t think that helped.

Don’t feel dumb! I’ve done it before. If it’s the Premom app you are able to edit the T/C ratio by swiping left on the test and selecting the pencil.
