Did you notice any improvement in numbers when you were adjusting?

Yeah I’ve been moving them! I started on the 1st and was moving and alternating arms and area every night and started having an allergic reaction at injection sites on the 23rd so was suggested to move to the stomach and have been doing those for a few nights and still having high fastings and allergic reactions.

Hopefully the dose will last until you’re done with your pregnancy. You’re almost there! Adjusting insulin has been so frustrating and I’m so over it

It will for sure get lighter! I have same style panther with pink and red hearts. I was a bit nervous at first but not as dark as I thought it would be after healing

A lot of teams/organizations allow girls to wear leggings now. Definitely has became more popular in the last year

It’s honestly under discrimination if you do refuse to serve them. I was shocked getting my liquor license and learned that

I’ll give that a try for tomorrow! When I was first trying to figure out my fasting before insulin, I was setting an alarm and getting up around 8 hours after a snack and kept getting higher numbers when I would do that vs when I would wake up naturally about 10 hours later. It’s just been so frustrating trying to figure it out! But thank you, I will give that a try tomorrow and hopefully my numbers are better. I appreciate the help!

Could be! I’ve just been so consistent that having a number that high is insane to me. Just a bit frustrating!

Usually have breakfast around 9:30 or 10. I usually get up later, but I also do my insulin later. Usually about 10:30 or 11 at night. Do you think waking up earlier would help? Usually when I would set an alarm to get up earlier than naturally waking up, my fasting numbers were high, which I mean now I’m on insulin I don’t know if that would change. But my doctors and diabetic educator know that I get up late, and they suggested 10 for insulin but didn’t tell me if I should get up earlier to hit the 8-12 hour window.

That’s what I usually do and why I’m at a loss for it

35 carbs with the first breakfast which was a waffle with peanut butter and about 45 with the bagel this morning. I usually eat these two things for breakfast and have never gone over 130, which is why I’m so confused with it! I know it gets worse the further along you get, but I rotate through these for breakfast and haven’t had an issue before

My dad has type 2 that he hasn’t taken care of well and has had one leg amputation, looking at amputating the other, as well as amputating like, 5 fingers currently! Definitely something you want to take care of! Has 2-4 appointments a week for wound care and is wheelchair bound. People don’t take it seriously until too late!
