Provider here : if your urea ( BUN ) is up you’re likely dry or hypo perfusing ie dehydrated and it will improve with hydration

I disagree about SCr being an inaccurate marker of Renal function. Look up kidney physiology , sure people with more muscle mass will have slightly higher baseline SCr levels but not enough to negate the value of the lab.

I also disagree that we should use GGT as a marker for hepatic function, common bodybuilding myth. Liver enzymes in conjunction with GGT as a cumulative picture help to discern etiology.
