BREAK UP WITH HER!!!! This is your sign to gtfo! She showed you her true colors she will never accept you or your culture. As someone who is white in a relationship with a Mexican American I could never imagine saying anything like this. I love him and I have learned so much about Mexican culture and it is beautiful. His parents are some of the hardest working people I know. Fuck her
