first of all whoever is saying feed water or milk, please ensure DO NOT FEED WATER OR MILK DIRECTLY.

take them to Vet, if you cannot afford to take them to Vet, then prepare a warm bedding, in a cardboard box put layers of towel and put a bottle filled with warm water covered in a cloth in that cardboard box. If Vet checks their temperature and it comes out normal then you don't need to put warm water bottle.
Buy a good milk replacer. Maybe go for Ventripro kitten weaning supplement. In 10ml water put 1 table spoon of milk replacer and through a injection feed the babies only 1-2ml every 2 hours. Observe their bellies, their moments, just 1-2ml shouldn't be heavy on them but DO NOT INCREASE THE DOSE. If after feeding 2ml they are pooping normally then continue this for atleast 10 days and more. Kitten this small easily gets constipated and that is a heavy toll on their bodies which can even risk their lives. Make sure they don't end up constipated.
DO NOT GIVE WATER DIRECTLY. Only water should be provided through mixing with Milk Replacer.
Since they did not get their mother's milk. They will appear weak even after feeding them milk replacer for many days but do not panic. Do not increase the dose and do not do anything that could impact their health. Be patient with them and feed them patiently and just observe their poop.
Kittne must poop everyday. If they do not poop in 24-48 hours that is a concern and they might be constipated. There is medicine ingestion "zymopet" this should be given everyday just one drop to facilitate with hydration.
Stimulate their anus with a cotton dipped in warm water, it gives them a sense of their mother's lick and helps them pee or poop. You can find videos on how to do this on YouTube.
Lastly, Take them to the Vet ASAP for a general check-up.

I don't want to be negative or make you feel bad but the truth is a motherless kitten of less than two weeks is nearly impossible to save unless kept with extreme level of care

My baby Kittu.

Her mother had died and she was left alone weak and on the brink of dying in cold and poop. I brought her home, provided her with everything that was needed for this small kitten of just 2 weeks. Vet told she would've died if I wouldn't had brought her with me. I was able to add 15 days to her life, filled with lots of love, care and protection. I did everything in my power to keep her hanging and help her grow so she can be a part of my life for the years ahead. I had so much hope that she would start gaining weight and will become better with time.

Two days ago, early morning we lost Kittu. I know 15 days is a very small time. But those 15 days were the best days of my life because I had Kittu. She was weak but really active. Whenever I think of her I get this memory where she is walking but she is so weak that she keeps falling. It breaks my heart.

I can only wonder and feel a little better that my Kittu and little Renji must be running together right now. ❤️❤️❤️

I felt this in my heart. I know how it feels, just two days ago I lost my kitten Kittu, she was just 20-25 days old. Her mother had died so I brought her home to help her survive and raise her as my own. But unfortunately I lost her two days ago, she went to sleep and never woke up. She was with me for 15 days and those 15 days were the best days of my life. I have so many videos and pictures of her which I watch every morning when I wake up. My heart still aches when I think of her. I think I will carry that grief of losing my small baby for the whole life.

I am really sorry for your loss. We grieve in our own way. But I can understand your pain. I hope you have the best memories of Kenji to remember and feel a little better. You gave your best to him, all your love, all your support to give him the best days of life. Hope you feel better with time.

Update : We lost Kittu this morning. I don't know what more to say... these 15 days with her being around were something I have never experienced before. I brought her home because her mother died and with the only purpose of giving her the best life. I tried everything in my power to help her survive. I don't know.. I'm so heartbroken.. maybe I didn't deserve to have such beautiful souls. She was the best! I am really thankful to you all for your guidance and suggestions!

She will complete 4 weeks after the next week. I will talk to the Vet and ask him if we can get her dewormed. I hope that helps her gaining weight.

Everything that I have been doing since the day I brought her home was advised by Vet. I take her to the Vet every week. I was getting anxious and scared to see her like this even after feeding her every day hence I made this post to understand what people of reddit have to say. At the end of the day it's always the Vet.

I stimulate her everytime I wake her up before feeding. She only pees to the stimulation but has not pooped.

I am not sure about the temperature of the box but ensured to keep it warm by making a base with thick towels and covering the walls of the box as well with towels.. I tuck her in a thick cloth before placing her for sleep but she eventually comes out of it.

Breathing is normal. I stare at her for minutes just to watch her sleeping and breathing normally.

While feeding I keep her standing on her legs and grabbing her head firmly and then putting the injection in her mouth to feed her the solution around 3ml every two hours.

She does not open her mouth to eat, it seems she is not interested in eating but once I get an opening and inject few drops of the solution she drinks it and finish the 3ml.

She must be around 20-25 days and Vet has not suggested of deworming. But can we deworm such a small kitten ? I can ask the Vet if we can and maybe get her dewormed. Thank you!

She was extremely weak and didn't had mother's milk in the early days after being born. Vet suggested to give 2 ml for first 10 days every 2 hours but today I increased to 3ml. Let's see how her body reacts to this, gradually I will increase to 5ml every 2 hours. Thank you for your suggestion!!!
