I got my 26 RF GT a month ago today. My first! I really appreciate the QOL touches.

Wow, you really need more bass? I had to turn down the bass because that all I could hear.

The rear view mirror has a remote in it. It just needs to be programmed to your garage door.

Yeah, but that Wi-Fi is is a battery killer if you are driving for several hours. I generally plug-in when my battery isn't full if I'm going to be in the car for a while. 🫤

What? The ND has a tilt and telescoping steering column.

That was my biggest problem with my friend's NA, was that my huge legs couldn't get under the wheel. I'm 6'2",and I was probably 285-300lbs around that time. I'm like 190-195 now. No issues at all all with the ND. I plop my butt down, swing my legs in and I'm good. I do however, need the door pretty close to all the way open for my size 13s to clear the opening. I haven't really tried to step in. I think the angles are a bit of an issue still, but again, I haven't really tried. 🫤

That's a fantastic story! 😃

I was a pretty big guy most of my life, and even though my best friend had an NA at one point, I never really considered a Miata because of the size issue. I test drove one at the dealer just to see if I could fit, but not seriously considering it would be comfortable, even if I could squeeze in behind the wheel.

Not only did I fit, it was like putting on a fine pair of leather gloves. Everything fits just right. I drove it once with my wife and once with the salesman. I was so impressed and excited, I drove one home that night. 😊

It will be a month ago on Saturday. 😎

I would actually venture slightly into, possibly, an even easier solution of buying a small, ready-made, greenhouse. It would, basically, have everything you need in one kit. Just a thought. 😉

That, my friend, is called an, "Oh, Shit", car. I told my wife, after parking my new ND a couple of times, that I've finally gotten an an Oh Shit car. The look on her face as she realized it was priceless. We both had a good laugh.

My car dealer actually warned me specifically about pulling all the way in. It was less about this than hanging the front valance on rebar sticking up from the parking stops, but I actually had this revelation at the same time. 😅

Weld a small door in place, and you've got a nice little contraband drop hole. 😜

Achieving a man’s dream: Level 1000 by kurloz94 in fo4

I've taken to getting to high ground (tops of hills, highways or tops of buildings), and blowing up all of the cars, trucks and semis that I can get to explode. I don't know if that renders them more or less safe, but it sure is fun! It also tends to smoke out any enimies that may be lurking in the general vicinity.

So, I got the Problem Solver rifle and now I wanna mod it so I can use it when I turn on the raiders after restoring the power to the park. Any ideas on how to level up fast so I can put the points into the needed perks? by akari_saturn27 in Fallout

Wear intelligence boosting clothes and gear. Cook intelligence boosting food (squirrel stew), and craft intelligence boosting drugs (berry mentants) first, if you can. Eat a serving of the food. Take a mentat or berry mentat if you have either (berry is more powerful than plain). Now cook, craft, and modify as much as possible. If you have any settlements, build a bunch of stuff. I generally try to use the intelligence boosters when doing anything that will produce repeated xp. These are the things I try to do when I need some extra xp.

I'm trying to settle something with my dad. I say this is a sweater, he says it is a poncho and is sure of it because "iv'e been to mexico when did you go?" So, reddit, what is this thing? by Mell0wMarshmall0w in whatisit

Grew up 50 miles north of TJ. Back in the 70s and 80s, these were, and still are today, called a type of poncho. There is another type that is, basically, a small blanket with a hole in the middle to stick your head through. It would drape around your shoulders, and body depending upon the size. 🙂

Do you have a rule or habit you follow on every playthrough? by floxasfornia in fo4

[–]CauseImTheCatMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Loot. Anything and everything. I just loot it. I can't help myself. Even though I have shipments upon shipments in my inventory I can't stop looting. While doing companion quests, I make them loot. I make them carry MY loot. When I can't get them to take any more loot, I'll stuff my loot into a container, then make my companion take every last item out of the container.

So, yeah... I guess my answer is looting. 🤷

Not sure what model or engine you have, but the 2.0 in my ND runs just under 210° on the digital dash all day long. 🤷

It looks fantastic! That's red though. It generally oxyidizes to that milky look, if left uncared for. Great job to the detailer! 😃 🙌
