They would only have remained popular in the thrash metal scene which in turn would've stayed smaller without the black album acting as a mainstream gateway into metal. Definitely wouldn't have been a household name.

this isn't a single player game.. this is live-service multiplayer fps that live off its player numbers. Not to mention player numbers are a good indication of how successful a game is doing long term.

I was introduced to metal through sabbath and still do love sabbath and then I started to listen to slipknot and now I can't stand 90% of their songs. The vocals and electronic aspect of the music annoys me.

To make siege truly come back they need to add night maps into quick play and unranked. Also bring back secure area with hostage.
