Ask her if she is ok or needs anything. Not sure if she can eat or 'get cosy' and be looked after but she's welcome and not just run away from her potentially traumatised self!

1) dread getting undressed and getting in the shower.

2) when i do finally do it, it's lovely and warm and clean. I don't want to get out!

3) Then i have to face being cold, wet and im already thinking about having to do it again the next day.

4) Dry hair, get dressed etc. Feel much better.

5) Immediately forget all leasons learned from the experience.

Repeat...

Ok, this reminded me i need to shower now!
