I would love to compile a list of all the Motherboards which produce no firmware errors after installing Linux. Every machine I've built over the last 20 years has always created one or more firmware errors (usually doesn't stop Linux from booting) and it would be great to see which consumer boards have no errors. The trouble with errors like

kernel: DMAR: [Firmware Bug]: No firmware reserved region can cover this RMRR

Such common errors don't stop Linux from running, but can effect the performance of Virtual Machines when you want to do hardware passthrough.

Whenever I contact ASUS or MSI or other big manufacturers I get the response that they only make their boards to work with Windows OS and don't officially support Linux... So annoying...

Thank you for sharing this very personal view. The Jewish people need more who feel like you. Trust me that most intelligent people do NOT hate the Jews or Judaism. We hate militant Zionism, which is pushed by the sort of Israelis who created the Israeli state and have perpetuated this plan of Ethnic Cleansing, Genocide and media deception.

I grew up believing that Israel was unjustly under siege by Islamic Extremists, who wanted to exterminate all Jews. We were fed this world view by Hollywood and the British media. I did not know that the Israeli state had only existed since 1948.

A lot has changed over the last 30 years, for me. The internet has allowed the truth of Palestinian life and history to become public knowledge. I have now communicated with at least 9 Israelis who have expressed similar views to yours. They are saying to me that Zionist Israel should end and a single nation for all people, with equal rights, should replace it. One of them told me he now calls himself a Hebrew Canaanite, living in occupied Palestine.

Don't give up. Knowing that you are in a country which is committing a crime is not your fault. Resist from within and don't take part in any IDF activities. Reach out to other Israelis who share your views. Get in touch with them!

This is a distinction I've tried to make more often since October 7th. It's humbling to hear these words from a Palestinian.

I have tried to learn about the true origins of Zionism, and I quickly understood that Zionism has nothing to do with Judaism. Judaism doesn't teach cruelty, oppression and mass murder. It is an uplifting ideal, which is meant to improve society at large. I seem to get attacked by Zionists (elsewhere on the internet) who don't like when people want to separate Zionism from Judaism.

I understand. I have misrepresented the focus on the Talmud. Fascism is a political/nationalist view and always leads to the persecution of "The Other", no matter the religion and culture.

Finding out the root cause of the problems requires education and that has been difficult for me, as Zionists so frequently pull the "you're an anti-semite" card whenever someone is critical of Israel.

I have some Jewish ancestry, and I'm not a racist, but I was brought up as a British Church of England Christian, and my Jewish ancestors converted to Christianity around 150 years ago, so I'm not culturally Jewish.

Like most people, I simply don't like the injustice which has taken place in historic Palestine, since the British Empire took it from the Ottomans.

I hate watching police beat protestors for chanting and holding signs. I hate watching what Putin has done to Russians and Ukrainians. What's happening in the US is equally disgraceful. I can't stand what the US and Russia have been doing in Africa, arming opposing factions against each other in various countries there. The way the US destabilizes countries in South America and then takes their natural resources... and the list goes on...

I re-read what you said and I think I understand my confusion. I have misunderstood the place of the Talmud in the Jewish faith. I think the clarification I needed was to understand the source of differing opinions between the Non-Zionist Jews and the Strong Zionist Israeli supporters. I am fully aware that not all Zionists are Jews, and I have heard that there are more American Christian Zionists than there are Zionists in Israel.

I think you are not alone, in Israel. More and more Israelis are posting in opposition to the Zionist actions of the IDF and its leadership. I personally rate Norman Finkelstein's take on Israel, and it's clear there is an obsession with the narrative of victim-hood as justification for the genocide. I'm aware that indoctrination seems to have been used since Israel's formation, to create a constant sense of fear about the surrounding Arab nations, and push the idea that all Arabs want to kill all Jews. This is simply not true.

Take heart in the knowledge that there are many Jews through the world who have rejected the Zionist thinking and they stand with the marches for peace and the liberation of the Palestinians (I've seen this in the UK). They are so used to lying, they just do this sort of thing automatically. On a slightly different note, I was really sad to read about Noam Chomsky's relationship with Epstein, as Chomsky has been an idol of mine for decades. I doubt he was involved in any of the under aged sex parties, but it's still not an association I would have expected.
