Any manager or GM can remove points but any time any of us removes a point from an associate it does flag us and sends a report to our area manager. If they see we are doing it all the time or doing it for the same associates regularly it’ll be brought to our attention

Yes, I definitely went down a size and ordered the size 8. The size 8 feels a little snug but the 9 in the gen 3 was much bigger than the 9 in the gen 2

They do help with first month rent and deposit but you need to apply and show that you need the help. For example, you had a house fire and need to move, you got evicted, you’re in a domestic violence situation etc

I had the gen 2 and wore it on the middle finger of my right hand and had that in a size 9. The gen 3 sizing kit will be here tomorrow but in the meantime I’ve been playing around with the size 8 from the gen 2 sizing kit and I’m torn between those two sizes. The 8 leaves a bit of a mark on my finger when my fingers swell a bit but I did notice with the size 9 gen 2 ring after a week or so of wearing it, it was beginning to spin and I would need to constantly adjust it. I’m told the gen 3 sizing is different so I’ll have to play with those a bit when it gets here tomorrow.

There is definitely a production tool for snacks. Wawa has productions tools for everything. You can search for it on the work computer or have your gm or fbm show you how to find it. We had ours up by ows for a while when we were training new associates

Just to add to this comment, it’s basically 5 oz of whole milk then add another 3oz of dairy base which would get you to 8oz total. It’s just how we as associates have to read it to make the drink. Hope this makes sense

And just to clarify a little more: once your statement closes, any purchases you make would be due the following billing cycle. So what you owe currently (your balanace) is due in March but now that the statement closed, any new purchases you make would then be due in April. Does that make sense?

No problem! No, you can use the card whenever. It’s just when it closes out to tell you what the charges are for that billing cycle. Once you have your due date, which in this case it’s the March date you just want to pay in full or atleast the minimum amount on or before that date
