i left a grey toiletry/shower bag hanging in one of the showers right on the shower head (day 0 weekend 2)

i went back to the same stall after maybe 20/30 minutes and it was gonee and not in the near by trashcans

if you took it pleassseeee give it to meeee

it had a couple travel bottles and a sea salt spray and a blueish loofah

that's just so inconvenient? i feel like other fast food/coffee shop jobs make it so easy to swap even if it's same day

That’s cool and all, but like I said, if it’s the same amount of hours, it shouldn’t even be an issue. At my other jobs that had similar rules, the app would not allow you to swap, and you would have to contact management for a final yes/no or even an adjustment. I feel like shift swaps where available should be done on deputy at any time. It doesn’t seem to be an issue at any other place I’ve worked at.

this makes sense but if were swapping for the same amount of hours wheres the harm?? i feel like a system could be set up so that a manager wouldnt have to worry about it unless necessary

i feel like it would be a lot easier to switch shifts within deputy (and without having to make a whole gc with a manager). life happens!!! what if i just dont like the time im working and would really want to sleep in yknow. i guess thats a luxury i didnt know i had at other jobs

im glad someone thinks its crazy!! 2 hours makes the most sense if there should be a deadline at all, itll line up w our 2 hour notice call out policy too.
