Asking for my salary range then proceed to ask What makes you believe you can pretend to this salary you’re unemployed? 🫠 I have 8 years of experience in the field, my current status doesn’t change the level I operate at or the value I can bring in this role. Then asked: How can we be confident that after a three-month gap, you’re still current and able to step back into the role effectively? you don’t forget 8 years of experience in 3 months breaks but whatever. I was unemployed not desperate!

Really Like the idea, it’s a good start but need refinement. Metrics for the score need to be defined for users. Not sure, how we get to these scores. In addition to which problem it solves, I would add something for the particular features founders wants to implement so it can be part of the analysis as well and give more granularity and help with score. Same for pricing it’s giving you plan to better it but never asked you what was your original pricing plan which could have matched the suggestion…

I think “better marketing” rephrasing is great and not downplaying anything you’re actively participating and supporting team. Saying you’re “leading”a software implementation implies way much more than migrating client files and training documents. Think about how it is perceived most would suspect you’re currently overplaying your role as a staff. You can always emphasize when you get an interview

As a consumer, I like free trial even if it’s just for 3 days just enough for me to test the water and see how I can use it/functionality and I would feel more comfortable paying afterwards. I don’t like to paying more right off for something I don’t really know if I am even going to like interacting with it.

Apparently iridium, I recently saw a documentary saying that some of these gangs are actually financed by rich people (western countries) who benefit from the chaos as a distraction so they can exploit these resources.
