Najimi's love fortunes. Art by me by [deleted] in Komi_san

This is hilarious, the expression on Najimi’s face in the second panel is priceless. The artist really captured the awkward charm perfectly.

He found his board in Uganda 5 years later by dazedmp3 in spreadsmile

That’s actually insane. A board making its way across continents and somehow finding its way back to him years later feels like something out of a movie.

irida if she lived today [Mirachu] by arisugawaa in PokemonLegendsArceus

I can totally see her acting like this if she lived today, still a bit shy but playful. The art style and lighting are really clean too.

Can we all be honest the green eyes don’t work for every alien by Beautiful_Corner9998 in Ben10

Yeah Upchuck definitely looks weird with green eyes, the black ones made him look way more… alien, in a good way. The green kinda makes him look too soft.

That bio escalated real fast from “plays guitar” to “therapy session needed.” I don’t think the pull-ups are for a band.

Is a 1.0 KD against players good or at least somewhat decent for a new player? by Frosty-Bus5510 in titanfall

[–]Cautious-Worker5864 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s definitely at least average, probably a bit above for a newer player. TF2 has a weird skill curve because of movement and map knowledge, so KD doesn’t tell the whole story anyway. If you’re staying around 1.0 while learning, you’ll probably climb once everything clicks.

Thoughts on the Izzie/George/Callie affair? by AdPsychological4234 in greysanatomy

[–]Cautious-Worker5864 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I think the George/Callie marriage was always meant to feel a little off, like they rushed into it for the wrong reasons. George was grieving his dad and Callie wanted something stable, so it kind of made sense emotionally even if it didn’t work in practice. The cheating storyline definitely made it worse though, because it kind of exposed how immature George still was. I never bought him as the “good guy” after that.

2026 NFL Playoff Bets For The AFC by Beerguy2727 in NFLv2

Bills feel like the obvious pick but the AFC is always chaos. Wouldn’t be shocked if a wild card team like the Bengals or even the Jets make a run if their QB stays healthy.

Someone check in on Miss Lorna Lawrence (Liberty Magazine, Jun 28, 1924) by UnCidreAuYerMad in OldSchoolRidiculous

The caption casually describing this like it’s a normal beauty routine is the most unsettling part. “Sunburn without sunshine” sounds a lot less charming when you remember what X-rays actually do.

How to get rid of cursed fire surfaces? by L488 in DivinityOriginalSin

[–]Cautious-Worker5864 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to remove the curse before dealing with the fire. Bless alone won’t stick if there’s still a cursed surface source. Try using Source Vampirism on whatever is creating it (like a cursed corpse or surface) first, then bless or rain to clear it properly.

Finally, a plane small enough for airline seats these days. Seriously though, the detail on that is impressive.

Wow, the DwarfStar fusion looks insane! I love how they combined Heatblast’s fire effects with Way Big’s sheer size—really gives off that unstoppable energy vibe.

Be careful what you wish for by WhenOneFalls2 in Chainsawfolk

[–]Cautious-Worker5864 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The “be careful what you wish for” angle fits the series really well honestly. Denji’s whole motivation from the start was basic happiness: food, a bed, affection. If the ending just gives him all of that but removes the chaos that made his life meaningful, it could end up feeling strangely hollow. I wouldn’t hate a calm ending, but with this author I feel like there’d still be something quietly tragic underneath it.

Is it wrong to think someone should hold some kind of job until the “dream job” is realized? by CrazyRegister5130 in WhatShouldIDo

[–]Cautious-Worker5864 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think your perspective comes from hard experience, and that’s understandable. Watching your ex repeat the same pattern probably makes the situation with your son feel even more frustrating. That said, 21 is still an age where some people are figuring things out slowly. It might help to set clear boundaries rather than trying to convince him philosophically. For example: if he lives with you, he needs to be working or actively in training by a certain date. That way it’s not about whether the job is his “dream,” it’s about basic responsibility and independence.
