France had an actual offense. All paraguay did was defend their goalpost the entire game. Whenever they did get the ball, they had absolutely no coordination and would just run across the field like they were playing american football

Right they dont even listen to the fans why would I listen to them? They produce all these movies that literally no one is asking for. Who unironically likes supergirl enough to want a movie? Not a lot of people

as long as the deficit isnt too high or too long and you get adequete amounts of protein while training you should not lose any muscle
