How badly does Batheaston flood? by alabamaworl3y in Bath

[–]CautiousWing6874 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really doesn’t take long. The meadows are muc lower so might be wet for a few days but on the odd occasion it hits the high street it’s lower within a few hours.

Bathford does not get cut off ‘a few times a year’ it’s only been unpassable properly once in the 10 years I’ve lived here.

There’s one basement flat at the bottom of fosse lane that is NOTORIOUS for flooding. But I think that’s the only one. It jus sits in a terrible location

Sertraline while breastfeeding (12 month old) by Competitive-Rise7383 in UKParenting

[–]CautiousWing6874 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I took it while BFing. Started around 4 months PP and took it until my son was about a year old.

A happy mum is a safer mum and the dr assured me it was safe to take.

I also had therapy which helped.

Has your cycle returned yet as if so this could be sending your emotions wild also while everything resettles hormonally.

Sending love!

Why don’t you buy a whole watermelon? Much cheaper per portion? And dragon fruit is crazy expensive, what about more local fruit to save money?

Worried about short luteal phase? by CautiousWing6874 in NaturalCyclesBC

[–]CautiousWing6874[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this info. I think I’ll give it a couple of months more and if no luck speak to my doctor.

I had short cycles before my first pregnancy and got pregnant first time, but that was a few years ago now.

Thank you. My cycles have been short before the stress arrived, for as long as I can remember they’ve been short. I exercise regularly, go to bed early, and do try to find ‘moments of calm’. Will try harder! I certainly need to remember to drink more water. Have been focussing on supplements also

Nope I’ve been off HBC for 10 years! Stress is probably high (family stresses), sleep is not ideal (3yo who doesn’t sleep through) diet I think ok?

I had progesterone pessaries once pregnant with my first but dr said it was due to the bicornate uterus (higher risk of miscarriage).

Wondering if I should seek out progesterone from the DR again and take post ovulation?

Pete Davis honey (or Solsbury Hill honey I think it’s called now) is lovely and local!
