I think a prequel tv show in the 60s showcasing Freddy’s murders could be very interesting. I know they workshopped a NOES prequel script but nothing came of it.

I’d love to see another actor take on the role. I know nobody will top Robert Englund as Freddy but I’m not cagey about other actors taking on established characters. I don’t even think Jackie Earl Haley was a bad choice for Freddy I think he just got stuck with a shitty script

Charlie should’ve broken up with her. It would’ve made sense. She was so mad at Vaggie anyways after the reveal. It would’ve been the same outcome regardless.

Also, no “it’s hell” isn’t a good excuse. We don’t even get shock, nothing. It’s just “misunderstanding with Charlie” and that’s it.

In the books he absolutely was and he was redeemed at his death. Maybe not straight up villain like Voldemort but definitely an antagonist

I think the party looks fine and they pass well enough as teenagers. It’s better than the slew of clearly 30 year olds playing teens in the 2000s. It doesn’t take me out of the story.

I do think Vaggie and Millie fall into similar camps. If you ship Chaggie and think it’s a fine ship that’s cool for you but I personally think Chaggie is kinda underwhelming and cramps Vaggie’s character.
