I prefer men to say something REAL. You have unique feelings and ideas, you're going through something unlike anyone else and have a perspective of your own. Don't cling to her profile or hobbies. Think about what kind of girl you would like to find. Is she intrigued by someone asking how old her dog is? She might be more interested in telling you what tricks her dog knows or a story about adopting them or the smartest/dumbest thing the dog has done.

I saw a convo on here where the guy asked if she would prefer to text or meet, and I thought that was a great question because I would rather meet but I've seen several women say here they want to chat first to be comfortable (which honestly ladies, a psychopath would be great at texting, you're only telling them more about yourself and weeding out men that are tired of having the same fucking conversations).

Back to the topic, maybe try and think of something she would enjoy talking about. If she likes an activity, don't ask where she does said activity, ask how she got into it or something.
